CAUSES OF DANDRUFF & HOW TO CURE IT AT HOME (HAIR REGIMEN 2)

Hello Everybody, how are you today? I hope this week has been awesome so far just as its been for me?
Am back with another hair regimen. (YAY!!!) For those that tried the last one, How did it go? Did it work?
Am very excited about this topic, because i have been questioned a lot about this and i was so glad to do some research on causes of dandruff and how to cure it.
Although, i don't have dandruff, but i don't like the feeling when i see it on a client
Not a good sight. Sorry!!!

Let's crack on, on how to deal with this irritating feeling.

Through research, i found out that dandruff  occurs on both black and white skin. It is caused as a result of the dead skin cells shedding from the scalp. This happens to everybody, it's just a little bit more rampant than the other. Sometimes, dandruff is hereditary, it could be passed on along the family tree. This condition is called seborrhea, which is an abnormal discharge from sebaceous glands. This causes the scalp to be flaky.
Hair products such as gel, too much hair grease builds up over time, which is not easy to get off and therefore causes bacteria build up which later leads to flakes.
Chemicals such as perms and dyes can burn the scalp and impair the hair follies and leaves it dry and causes a scaly effect on the scalp. Also using your fingers and comb to scratch stresses the scalp and forms bacteria. Bacteria mixes up with natural oils and causes dandruff.

CURE FOR DANDRUFF!!!
A well balanced diet and drinking over 2litres of water a day is very essential for this treatment.
There are some home made products that really works. I will advice that you try the one that is suitable for you.

APPLE CIDER VINEGAR
Apple cider vinegar mixed with fresh lemon juice is a really good mix to rinse the hair out, before it is shampooed and styled using natural hair oils.

RAW ONIONS

As horrible as this may sound, trust me it works. I've read reviews on this and the feed back i got was really good. Blend some onions into a thick past, apply it over your scalp and hair, leave it for at least an hour and half. Wash off thoroughly, if the smell persists wash your hair with lemon juice to get rid of it.

BLACK PEPPER, LIME JUICE, QUARTER CUP OF MILK.

Mix 10 grams of black pepper powder with fresh lime juice and milk. Apply it all over the scalp and hair, leave it for like an hour. wash off with water thoroughly, and style as desired.
More also, always make sure your hairdresser sterilizes the combs and brushes used on your hair, also try using head & shoulders anti dandruff shampoo on your hair.
Thanks for stopping by to read. Please let me know how it goes and if you have any questions or a better solution? Let me know.
